5. Safeguards
5.1 All the rights and safeguards of children as stipulated as per Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption 1993.
5.2 Family adoptions will be permitted only in case of exceptional circumstances that justify a child’s placement with his relatives for his/her best interest.
